GRADING PROCESS
STEP ONE
Count the amount of cards you would like to submit per service level (Bronze PSA, Silver PSA, Gold PSA or Silver BGS etc)
STEP TWO
Proceed to our store page and purchased the required services.
STEP THREE
Once the purchases have been completed, follow the video instructions below to package your cards.

STEP FOUR
Mail your cards to us! The mailing instructions will be available in the order confirmation email.
Drop off is available as well in Thornhill, ON.

STEP FIVE
Once we have received your cards, we will be recording a box opening video, which will be provided in a link within your Order Details.
This is for your documentation purposes as well as proof that we have received your cards in the way you have mailed to us.
STEP SIX
Submission status will be updated regularly within your Order Details.
STEP SEVEN
(Only applicable to approved payment plan)
When the submission has reached the “QA Check” stage, a final invoice will be sent to you and you will have 7 calendar days to pay for the remainder amount.
Failure to do so will incur a 10% surcharge on the remainder amount.
If payment is not made within 30 calendar days after the final invoice date, ownership of your cards will be transferred to Gold Star TCG and the remaining grading fee + 10% surcharge will still be owed by you to Gold Star TCG.
STEP EIGHT
Finally, when we have received your graded cards back from grading companies, we will be live streaming the box opening and share the grades with everyone!

You will be contacted to have your graded cards shipped back to you or picked up!
